1. Agreement
By using this site or any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, design, code, marks, and the Dark Village brand — belongs to Str4toX Studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
4. Beta Software
Apps in beta (including Dark Village on TestFlight) are provided as-is and may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. Do not rely on beta builds for critical use.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Str4toX Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
